Terms of use
Proposed terms for the ClinChek website and operational platform.
Purpose and clinical responsibility
ClinChek supports clinical and supply-chain teams with operational records, supply-readiness views and issue resolution. It is not emergency monitoring, medical advice or clearance for surgery. A readiness status is based on recorded information, not an independent physical stock check. Authorized staff remain responsible for verifying supplies, following local policies and making clinical decisions. AI recommendations do not approve substitutions.
Accounts and authorized use
Use the platform only with your organization's authorization. Keep sign-in credentials and API keys confidential, maintain accurate records and use the appropriate roles. Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass access controls, disrupt the service or upload information you are not authorized to provide. Public forms are not intended for patient records.
Plans, charges and changes
Current plan capacities, subscription amounts and implementation fees appear on the Plans page. Monthly and annual subscriptions are offered; annual amounts are 12 times the monthly rate, with no included trial. Some services require a separate quote. Review the price, billing frequency and any applicable tax displayed at checkout before purchasing.
Confirmed purchases activate paid features and notify organization administrators. Upgrades are immediate with proration. Downgrades and cancellations are scheduled for renewal or the paid-period end; purchased access continues until then. Authorized administrators manage billing. Refund and dispute provisions must be established in the final agreement; this draft does not promise refunds or impose a new refund policy.
Integrations and data quality
Manual records and CSV imports do not automatically synchronize with external systems. Vendor-specific integrations require separate evaluation and authorization. Your team is responsible for current records, import review and confirmation of actual availability. No out-of-the-box or certified Epic, Cerner/Oracle Health, Oracle, Workday or Infor connection is promised.
Resources and estimates
The public assessment, checklist and editorial resources provide general operational guidance. ROI outputs are estimates from entered assumptions, not guaranteed savings, revenue or measured customer results. Demo screenshots use illustrative records. These materials do not replace organization policy or professional review.
Availability, privacy and final agreements
This draft makes no uptime, compliance-certification or outcome guarantee. Review the privacy draft for current information practices. A signed order form, service agreement or healthcare data agreement may be needed for an organization's use; no such agreement is created by requesting a demo.
