How information is used in the current ClinChek experience.
Information you provide
The demo request form collects your name, work email, organization and any optional message. Account creation uses your name, email and authentication information. Signed-in teams may provide organization, facility, vendor, supply, inventory, procedure and workflow records. Do not include patient information or sensitive clinical records in public forms.
How information is used
Request information is saved and sent to the site owner's designated inbox so the team can respond and arrange a discussion. Account and operational information supports sign-in, organization access, readiness workflows and administration. Billing information supports subscriptions, invoices and payment management. Technical information may be processed to operate the service, diagnose errors and prevent misuse.
Providers and access
ClinChek uses Lovable Cloud for hosted authentication and data services, managed email services for notifications, and Stripe for payments. Google is involved when you choose Google sign-in; the public site also loads fonts from Google Fonts. Service providers process information needed for their services. Authorized organization members have access according to their roles. This draft does not establish certifications, a data-residency commitment or a signed healthcare data-processing agreement.
Browser storage and public tools
Authentication uses browser storage to maintain sessions. The public readiness assessment keeps answers in page state and does not submit them to ClinChek. The ROI calculator runs in your browser using the values you enter. The checklist download does not require an account or an email. This notice does not claim that the hosting platform collects no technical logs or usage information.
Retention and requests
A verified retention and deletion schedule has not yet been published. To ask about your information, request a correction or discuss deletion, use the contact page. Describe the request without submitting passwords or sensitive records. Any applicable rights, exceptions and identity checks must be confirmed under the final policy and governing agreements.
Updates to this notice
This draft should be reviewed whenever collection, service providers or product workflows change. A final notice should identify the responsible business and its effective date.
